Final days of summer

David was able to get a day off last week so that we could take the kids up to Busch Gardens. They have such a good time there. Ian discovered that he is tall enough (BARELY!) to ride on some of this bigger rides now. He rode on his first roller coaster! David got to go with him, but he has promised that I can go with him next time! It is so hard to believe that he is so big now!

Ian and David on the Battering Ram. I remember loving this ride as a kid. Ian started off very confident, but if you look closely you will see the death grip that he had on David as the ride went on! He was all smiles afterwards!

While the big boys were on some big rides, Isabelle rode on one of her favorite rides...the hangliders! Ian was quite disappointed that we had done that one without him though, so we had to go back. It seems he is in that wierd in between stage where he wants to be big, but doesn't want to give up being little either. I think that is fine...as long as he had a good time.
